AI Agent Phone Number

When we deploy your AI agent, we purchase a phone number that matches your required area code and details, to the best of our ability. We will setup the phone number and deploy it on your behalf. There is nothing you need to do.

We cannot port your existing phone number as the AI agents needs a special type of phone number that can be connected to a SIP trunk and our servers. 

Call Display & Branding

FluvioAI enables businesses to display their business name and logo when the AI Agent makes outbound calls. This builds trust, increases answer rates, and makes calls instantly recognizable to customers.

Outbound branding is enabled only after the business completes and returns the FluvioAI Call Branding Consent Form.

What is outbound call branding?

Outbound call branding ensures that when your AI Agent places a call, the recipient sees:

  • Your Business Name
  • Your Business Logo (on supported devices such as iOS, Android, VoIP apps)
  • The AI Agent’s dedicated outbound phone number

This allows the call to appear as a professional, branded communication from your organization.

Important: The outbound number will NOT be your business’s number

For carrier compliance and authentication reasons, the number shown on outbound calls will always be the AI Agent’s dedicated phone number

However, businesses still benefit from full branding because:

  • Your business name is displayed
  • Your business logo is shown (where supported)
  • The call appears verified and recognizable
  • This creates a consistent, trusted experience for customers.

Why do we need the Call Branding Consent Form?

Carrier networks require formal authorization before FluvioAI can display:

  • Your business name
  • Your business logo

The consent form ensures telecom compliance and confirms that FluvioAI is authorized to represent your brand when placing calls.
