Import CSV Data

The AI agent can automatically call all of your customers and deliver a message. Whether you want to follow up after a meeting, or cold call a prospect from a tradeshow, your AI agent will consistently deliver your message 24/7 without getting tired or frustrated. 

The easiest way to add a call list is by importing an existing CSV file. The AI agent is expecting a list with this data. As long as the first row of your file contains these headers, the AI agent will be able to process the list.

Expecting columns: 

  • Prefix: Mr., Mrs., or any other prefix. Ideal when trying to identify names such as ‘Sam Smith’ so there is no confusion.  
  • First Name: Prospect’s first name 
  • Last Name: Prospect’s last name
  • Company Name: Prospect’s company name
  • Title: Prospect’s title
  • Email Address: Prospect’s email address
  • Phone Number: Phone number to call
  • Campaign: This is the ID tag of the specific campaign. Each prospect can be associated with a different campaign, for example Bob Smith will receive a ‘google_review’ call, whereas Mary Doe will receive a ‘cold_call’. These values have to correspond with your existing campaigns.  
  • Date To Call: Leave this blank if you want to call them immediately. Otherwise, set the date as MM/DD/YYYY – – please note, this data will be processed in the agent’s time zone.
  • Time To Call: Leave this blank if you want to call them immediately. Otherwise, set the time as HH:MM (24 hour format) – please note, this data will be processed in the agent’s time zone. 
  • Call Notes: Any notes that the agent can use in the conversation. “Spoke to him last year and was not interested”, “Met her at the conference last month” will help the agent craft a unique and specific conversation tailored to the prospect.
  • Language: Language to use when calling. The agent will default to this language.
